National Face Your Fears Day is Tuesday, October 16th

What are you afraid of?

Snakes?

Speaking in public?

Heights?

Quitting your dead-end job?

Whatever it is, you're not alone. Millions of Americans are held captive by their fears and many of us think our only option is to suffer. Maybe. Maybe not.

On Tuesday, October 16th join me in celebrating "National Face Your Fears Day." It's a one-of-a-kind catalyst designed to give people the permission, the encouragement and the little nudge they need to step up to their fears and say "no more."

Heck, just talking about what scares you and getting it out in the open can be a huge step forward.

So, what is it for you? What's holding you back? What fear is getting the best of you?

Better yet, how different would your life be if you could get past your fear?

Please post your thoughts, stories and ideas about fears and overcoming them.
